Noticias, October 2007Adriana Ochoa of Bodegas Ochoa, explained how she understands wine and winemaking at the masterclass entitled “Spanish Winemakers: Women Make their Mark” held as part of the 18th Annual Wines from Spain Fair held in London. The event was moderated by the renowned journalist Lynn Sheriff.

She forms part of the sixth generation of Ochoas making wine and she explained that the conjunction of classical methods and new techniques, together with her constant interest in research, have been the two determining factors of her career.
