Bodegas Piedemonte was founded in 1992 by a group of grape-growers who aimed to create a new company concept based on quality and constant effort to evolve in tune with market requirements. Its facilities and vineyards (352 hectares) are located in a geographical area known as "PIEDEMONTE de Tafalla-Olite". The main building has a total capacity of 4,000,000 litres in stainless steel tanks with temperature-control systems.
Bodegas Piedemonte makes a wide range of wines that takes into account world market trends. Thanks to its search for new styles, its product range includes young single-varietals made with grapes enjoying a long-standing tradition in Spain, such as Tempranillo, and grape varieties brought from France, such as Merlot and Chardonnay. The firm also makes young white wines, and red wines made by blending two or more grape varieties to achieve unique products with complex aromas that are pleasing to the palate.
