Señorío de Sarría is located in Puente la Reina, where the two historic routes to Santiago de Compostela meet. It owns 210 hectares of privileged vineyards, with vines up to 50 years old. For vinification, the vineyards are divided by grape variety and specific traits.
Bodega de Sarría offers two product lines. The first is a traditional line, which includes the bodega’s crown jewel, the Señorío de Sarría Reserva Especial 2001. This is complemented by a Crianza, a Reserva and a Gran Reserva, as well as a top-level White and an outstanding Rosé.
The second line is the Viñedo line (Vineyard), which varies from one year to the next, depending on what each particular vineyard has to offer. Currently, reds are made with grapes from Viñedo (Vineyard) no 4 (Merlot), Viñedo (Vineyard) no 7 (Graciano), Viñedo (Vineyard) no 8 (Mazuelo), Viñedo (Vineyard) no 9 (Cabernet Sauvignon) and the Sotés Vineyard. A white is being made from Viñedo (Vineyard) no 3 (Chardonnay, barrel fermented) and a rosé from Viñedo (Vineyard) no 5 (Garnacha from vines over 50 years old). The range is completed with a Muscat wine.
